Mohamed Reda heared to weeks later his friends at school singing something like "Smati Linass" and he talked to them. He was very surprised to get known that this song (by the way: His Song) was No.1 in Radio Chaine 3. It had sung from somebody named Little Big Moh. This was the Name that Azize Smati gave to Mohamed Reda on air
- Amazing!!
He recorded five other songs and made his first album named 36 Basts Ali at Disco D'or - Thank you H'mimi !
This is how Mohamed Reda was born in the algerian show business.
Later he met a guy named Yassir ben Miloud. Together they builded a fat 24-track recording studio called "Central Sound". They recorded Mohamed Redas 2nd album named "Raiha Ouin" published by CDC. A big thank Arezki Bouazize. M.R. tried to modernize the traditional algerian music style "Chaabi" on that way.
After Mohamed Reda left for Marokko where he stayed 3 years frequenting that culture.
He played jazz standards for tourists in grand hotels, but also played a lot outside in mountains with Guenawa musicians and learned about trans beats.
Today Mohamed Reda lives in Berlin. He is teaching music for kids, making sound tracks for theatres, cinema movies, TV and other artists. He is still thinking of his fans in Algeria and wants to make them a present named:
