« And The Music Speaks »  est le deuxième album du groupe américain All-4-One, sorti le 6 juin 1995. Il présente le hit du top 5 Pop "I Can Love You Like That", qui lui a valu une nouvelle nomination aux Grammy Awards.

All-4-One a enregistré le plus gros single de 1994 avec "I Swear", un numéro soul moderne. Bien qu'ils aient eu un énorme succès, ils n'ont pas été en mesure de se forger une identité avec leur premier album, à part "I Swear", car il appartenait au album suivant , « And the Music Speaks », d'établir le groupe comme étant plus qu’ One-hit wonder mais cela ne réussit que partiellement. Musicalement, l’album est plus fort que le premier, avec une meilleure sélection de chansons. Le groupe est plus confiant avec leurs harmonies, montrant leurs racines évangéliques et se permettant encore de devenir plus funky qu’avant. Néanmoins, la force de l'album reste dans les ballades, où All-4-One peut réaliser tous ses trucs dramatiques et romantiques, comme ils le montrent dans " I Can Love You Like That " et "These Arms". Malgré ces moments forts, le groupe n’est jamais aussi distingué ni étre aussi charismatique que les Boyz II Men, les leaders de « laid-back romantics » des années 90. Néanmoins, All-4-One a prouvé avec « And the Music Speak »s qu’ils sont des professionnels compétents, capables de produire à la demande une soul commerciale de haute qualité.

                     

                    
                    

               And the Music Speaks is the second album by the American group All-4-One, released on June 6, 1995. It features their Top 5 Pop hit "I Can Love You Like That" which earned the group another Grammy nomination.

All-4-One scored the biggest single of 1994 with "I Swear," a sweetly syrupy adult contemporary soul number. While they had a massive hit, they weren't able to carve out an identity with their debut album apart from "I Swear," as it was up to the follow-up, And the Music Speaks, to establish the group as more than one-hit wonders but it only partially succeeds. Musically, the album is stronger than the debut, featuring a better selection of songs. The group is more confident with their harmonies, showing off their gospel roots and still allowing themselves to get funkier than they have before. Nevertheless, the strength of the album remains in the ballads, where All-4-One can pull out all of their dramatic, romantic tricks, as they show on "I Can Love You Like That" and "These Arms." Despite these highlights, the group never is as distinguished or as charismatic as Boyz II Men, the clear leaders of laid-back romantic-'90s soul. Nevertheless, All-4-One have proven with And the Music Speaks that they are competent professionals, capable of turning out high-quality commercial soul on demand.
